Dr. A. Andrew Morovati, D.O. — Diplomate of the American Board of Neurology
Dr. Morovati is a board certified neurologist who has been practicing in Southern California for more than 15 years. He completed his neurology residency at USC Keck School of Medicine, where he served as chief resident and was awarded the Victoroff award for compassionate care of patients in Neurology. He then completed a fellowship in neuromuscular disorders at USC neuromuscular center, where he gained expertise in evaluating and treating patients with neuromuscular disorders. In the past several years, he also worked at a dedicated headache center, where he gained the knowledge and expertise to treat patients with complex headache disorders, including administration of Botox for migraine headaches.

"I am a board certified neurologist who has been in practice for more than 15 years. I am dedicated to providing a superior level of care to my patients through compassion, education, and the application of technological advances. My experience over many years of clinical practice has provided me with the skills to manage a vast array of neurological disorders, but my subspecialty training in neuromuscular disorders and practice in a dedicated headache center allow me to deliver specialized care to these groups of patients. I am highly skilled in performing EMG/NCS, interpreting EEGs, and performing skin biopsies for evaluation of peripheral neuropathies. I am also skilled in evaluating and treating patients with complex headaches disorders, including administration of BOTOX and cranial nerve blocks.

About Dr. Zolyan, Anna, M.D.
Dr. Zolyan holds a medical degree from Northeast Ohio Medical University in Rootstown, Ohio.
She completed her internship, adult neurology residency and clinical neurophysiology fellowship
training at University of California, Irvine (UCI) in Orange County, Calif. UCI is a comprehensive
stroke and epilepsy center where Dr. Zolyan received extensive training in stroke, epilepsy and
a broad variety of other neurologic disorders.

Her interests and specialties include general neurology encompassing a wide variety of
neurologic disorders, and clinical neurophysiology including epilepsy. She is committed to giving

Shireen Oberman, LCSW
Shireen Oberman is a licensed clinical social worker in West Los Angeles with over 20 years of clinical experience working in medical, university and non-profit settings. She received her MSW from the University of Southern California and has been doing advanced doctoral level training in Psychoanalysis through the Los Angeles Institute and Society for Psychoanalytic Studies, since 2013. She has completed additional post-graduate trainings in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Brief Intensive Psychodynamic Psychotherapy. Shireen’s areas of clinical specialty include grief and loss, trauma, phase of life issues and Maternal Mental Health. She currently maintains a private practice working with clients from diverse professional and personal backgrounds, focusing on a variety of issues.
Whether short-term or long-term, Shireen’s work is always client focused. She draws significantly upon her trainings in CBT, DBT, and Psychoanalysis to help clients both achieve their therapeutic goals and develop usable skills which they can continue practicing outside the therapy session. Shireen’s clinical style is warm and interactive, while maintaining the necessary space for reflection.
In addition to her private practice, Shireen is an adjunct faculty member at Antioch University, where she teaches courses on traumatic grief and bereavement. She has created and delivered multiple presentations and trainings, ranging from cultural sensitivity, to improving interpersonal boundaries, to addressing grief and loss in the workplace. Organizations where she has presented include, UCLA Rape Treatment Center, UCLA Stuart House, Jewish Family Services of Los Angeles, OUR HOUSE Grief Support Center, UCLA and USC Medical Schools.
